Following audits by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK), GCNTR International Certification has successfully renewed its “TS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017” Accreditation Certificate. With the new revision approved on 3 February 2026, our organisation has once again confirmed its competence across a wide range of tests, from the defence industry to the maritime sector.
Leading Tests to Defence and Aviation Standards
Our new accreditation scope includes critical tests that measure how military and civilian equipment withstands the harshest conditions. In our laboratory:
- General vibration, mechanical shock and environmental tests are performed in accordance with MIL-STD-810H, G and F.
- Extreme temperature changes from -70°C to +200°C (+1000°C in special chambers) and high-humidity tests of up to 98% can be applied.
- Tests for outdoor effects such as solar radiation, salt fog, rain, sand and dust are reported using internationally recognised methods.
Full Support from Industrial Products to Personal Protective Equipment
GCNTR covers tests that are critical not only for the defence industry but also for civilian industry:
- Lift Safety Components: Components such as braking devices and overspeed governors are tested in accordance with TS EN 81-50.
- Electrical Appliances and IP Tests: Electrical safety and protection against external mechanical impacts (IK) tests for a wide range of products, from household appliances to medical equipment, are within our accredited scope.
- Maritime and Life Safety: Physical durability tests of life jackets and marine equipment are carried out by our expert team.

Thanks to our TÜRKAK accreditation, test reports issued by GCNTR are valid worldwide under the mutual recognition agreements with the European co-operation for Accreditation (EA) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).
